The Koma Karanth Foundation is deeply moved to share the inspiring story of Jerald Mizon, a second-year BS Education student who has been blind since birth. As a full scholar and honors student, Jerald’s determination to become a teacher shines brightly. Facing financial challenges that forced him to return home, Jerald sought to continue his studies online with a high-spec laptop equipped for visually impaired users. Thanks to the incredible generosity of Anil and Manisha Harjani, we provided Jerald with this vital tool, enabling him to pursue his educational dreams. The joy and gratitude from Jerald and our team were overwhelming.

Additionally, we are thrilled to report a successful mass feeding event for the Mansaring tribal group, lovingly sponsored by Preeti Sharma and the Discovery Bay Feeders Group. The event brought smiles to countless children, with families of those too sick to attend taking food home. We are profoundly grateful for the support that makes these moments of hope and care possible.
