KOMA 43: A Home Built with Extra Care and Named for Extraordinary Generosity

KOMA 43 is complete and ready! We’ve chosen to name this home Janet, in honor of a lively and incredibly generous woman whose willingness to give her time truly left us in awe. My hope is that the children who grow up here will carry forward that same spirit of kindness toward others, however they can.

Because this house stands on low-lying ground, we put in additional effort and resources to properly fill and prepare the site before construction could begin. Today marks a joyful milestone: we’ve delivered a secure, warm home where a single father and his family can now share a wonderful Christmas together.
